We are Committed to Customer Satisfaction.
If you are unhappy about our service please tell us. We adopt an equal opportunities and non-exclusion policy and Welcome Bookings from people of all ethnicity, backgrounds, age and disability, both as a service provider and an employer. We also have complaints procedure and welcome your input on our service delivery. Your calls will always be dealt with professionally, courteously and as quickly as possible.
We will meet our commitments unless unforeseen circumstances beyond our control prevent us meeting those commitments and we will do our best at the earliest opportunity to inform our customers of our inability to meet our commitments.
When a booking is made by the customer it will be confirmed by Telephone, Digitally, Electronically or Written at the customers preference and upon accepting the Booking Confirmation by whatever means the Customer Agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

Payment:
A non-refundable 20% deposit of the total balance due is required when a reservation is made. The remaining balance must be paid at least 28 days before arrival sterling cheque's should be made payable to Steve Hindle and sent with the booking form.
If your arrival date is within 28 days of your holiday, the full amount is payable at the time of booking.
Cancellation:
If you have to cancel your booking at any time the 20% deposit is non-refundable.
Up to two weeks before your proposed arrival, 60% of the booking fee will be retained.
Within one week of the booking 100% of the booking fee will be retained.
Your booking will be confirmed upon receipt and clearance of cheque payments

Where an appointment is confirmed and it becomes necessary for it to be cancelled by the customer;
Please ensure you have holiday & cancellation insurance in place to cover any eventuality.
This Does Not Affect Your Statutory Rights.
